Survey Tags
Survey Tags are an optional tool that can be a helpful way to organise your organisation’s surveys.
This will allow users to come to the Evidence > Show Surveys page and filter to find surveys related to a particular tag(s), enabling them to find the survey they need faster.
Examples of types of tags could be to indicate if a survey is:
- Current / Active or Archived / Old
- Relevant to a particular Project or Team in your organisation
- Related to a particular Outcome or Theme e.g. 'Mental Wellbeing'
- Date or Time period to indicate surveys used in a particular year, e.g. ‘2025’ or ‘2024’
Tags can be added when originally creating the survey or can be added subsequently by clicking into the existing survey. Tags can also be removed from a survey in this way.
A survey can contain multiple tag(s) and when filtering users can also identify surveys containing more than one tag.
Note: The survey tag(s) will not display in any way to respondents of the survey, this is internal functionality.
