User Timeout Length

For security reasons, a timeout is in place if users are logged in but remain inactive on the Upshot system.

The default timeout is 45 minutes but organisations can contact support@upshot.org.uk request this to be set for their account from between 15 minutes to 120 minutes.

This request would need to come from a System Admin within the organisation.

Note changing the timeout length would impact all users within their organisation.
