The fourth in the series is 'From data to insight: Upshot Reporting 1'.
Looking at how to manage and explore your participant data with the People report, and how the Attendance report can give you the full view of sessional data and more. All aimed at making your reporting processes easier.

Since the recording of this webinar there have been further improvements to both the People and Attendance Report.
People Report:
- Users can now choose to export their results using the 'Download via email' function, allowing them to continue using the system while the report generates and is sent to their inbox. This can be particularly beneficial when downloading reports with thousands of attendees or those containing Timeline Event information.
Attendance Report:
- The Attendance Report export now includes extra detail around the 'Activity Type' and 'Session Registrar' associated to a session. This can help to provide a fuller picture of the information associated to a session, while users could also apply this information to help them Report by User.
- There is a new 'Database Table' format available when exporting the Attendance Report. This format helps to 'normalise the data' with each row representing a unique attendance. This format can be helpful for internal analysis, while also allowing users to feed this data directly into external data visualisation tools such as Google Data Studio, Power BI and Tableau.
