Deleting Media
Users can also delete media files if needed.
Users can do this by choosing to Edit the file they have uploaded and then clicking DELETE THIS ITEM.
To edit a file go to Evidence > Show Media
Find the relevant file and click on
Edit.
Note: Users will only be able to 'Edit' media files that they have uploaded.
On the right-hand side under
Manage media library item you will have the option to
DELETE THIS ITEM.
Note: Clicking this will immediately delete this item.
System Admins will also be able to
Delete any media file, including ones they have not uploaded. When visiting the Media Library
(Evidence > Show Media) they may see the following options showing how they, as a System Admin, can interact with the different media files.
Here System Admins will see they have the option to
Delete any files they have not uploaded themselves.
