Upshot Training options

The majority of organisations using Upshot will receive an initial training delivered by one of our team as part of their set-up process.

Over time new team members may join organisations and need training or existing team members may like a refresher, so there are a number of options here:

1. In the majority of instances new team members are trained in-house by existing members of the organisation and this does not require Upshot involvement. Organisations may use their existing 'demo' account to support them in training new team members as well as the resources within the guides section.
2. Open training sessions. We have a series of free Open training webinars available for users to book onto here. The sessions are delivered as engaging webinars suitable for new-starters or members of your team that just need a short refresher to brush up on their knowledge of the System. The sessions are be delivered in a supportive environment, where questions are welcome throughout. The Open Training Sessions are free, last for an hour and are capped at 40 people per session with new dates added regularly.
3. A half day training session online (2-3 hours). This would cover pre-agreed areas of the system and be tailored to your organisation. Those attending the training would work through a series of tasks delivered by an Upshot team member and complete these on your organisations bespoke demo account. This would be at a cost of £297.50 + VAT.
4. A full day training session either online or in person (5-6 hours). This would be a very comprehensive session covering all aspects of the system. Those attending the training would work through a series of tasks delivered by an Upshot team member and complete these on your organisations bespoke demo account. The cost of this would be £595 + VAT (plus Travel & Subsistence if in person).
