Sharing Uploaded Media with connected Facilitating Organisations

In some Upshot licence structures, organisations may be using the system as a Delivery Organisation taking part in an external Facilitating Organisations programme.  

Whilst taking part in the programme they may be expected to upload media to their account to provide extra evidence of their work.

To ensure uploaded media flows correctly to a connected Facilitating Organisation the uploaded media must:

• Not be ticked as 'Private' when uploading.
• Be associated to something that connects the two accounts, this can be a Project, Activity Type or Outcomes.

In these licence structures, if Delivery Organisations would like to upload media that should not be shared with a connected Facilitating Organisation they can either tick the Private box or not make the sort of associations listed above.
