The sixth in the series is 'Gathering Evidence with Upshot surveys'

There have been several new developments in this area so whether you are new to using surveys or you are already deploying them - there will be something for everyone! The aim is to run through on how to create and send an Upshot survey, as well as analysing the responses.

Update

Since the recording of this webinar there have been several further developments to the Survey feature within Upshot.

Most notably:

  • New Question type - Matrix and Decimal number
  • Ability to make questions 'Conditional' - this means that questions are only displayed based on a participant's response to a previous question.
  • When exporting survey results for 'Standard Surveys' users can also look to 'include personal details' within these results, effectively combining the People Report with their Survey results that can aid further analysis.
  • Users have more text formatting options available within the survey 'description' and the 'email' tool.
