Age Groupings

System Admins can amend the default Age Groupings used on the following reports to make them more suitable for their organisation:

The default Age Groupings, all based on an attendees Date of Birth are as follows:

  • 0-5
  • 6-10
  • 11-15
  • 16-17
  • 18-19
  • 20-24
  • 25-34
  • 35-49
  • 50-59
  • 60+

With users having the option to select the Age relative to a certain date on the report.

By going to Admin > Age groupings organisations could add their own groups, like the example below, to instead be used in the aforementioned reports:

Note: Age groups can overlap but be advised that this can lead to double counting in the 'Totals' column on the Statistics report.
