Bulk Importing Sessions - Registers / Head counts

Bulk Importing Sessions is a process by which existing session information collected elsewhere can be uploaded to Upshot via the form of a spreadsheet.

This can be helpful in instances where the register / head count data has been collected on an external system and now needs to be added to Upshot.

This information can only be uploaded via an Upshot template and organisations would be responsible for ensuring the data from elsewhere has been correctly added to the template.

The upload itself will be carried out by an Upshot team member.

Please note the following:

• This process can be helpful for some organisations, but many find that it is easier and faster to use the existing data entry methods available within the system. For instance, to add multiple sessions to the system, users can use the ‘Recurring or Copy’ feature and submit multiple registers at once using the ‘Grid’ view.
• If planning to upload register data, the ‘Attendees’ must already exist within the organisations account.
• If this is required on a regular basis there may be a consultancy fee charged for this.
