Attendee Profile Picture
Organisations can choose to display (via Admin > Data display options) a field termed 'Identification photo.'
This enables organisations to upload and save an image of an attendee alongside their profile. Whilst this brings some colour to their profiles within the system, it can also be used to help verify the identity of attendees.
The image is displayed in the following places:
- Attendee profile page
- Attendee profile pop-up on a Register or within the People Report results etc.
- On the Upshot Mobile App when online
System Admins can turn this field on for their organisation via Admin > Data display options.
Users can then upload a 'Identification photo' via the attendee's profile page, or via the attendee profile pop-up for that attendee. The file can be up to 15MB in size.
It is not possible for attendees to upload their own image, and organisations will not see this field as an available option to display on their Attendee sign-up forms.
The uploaded photo does not get stored within the Media Library or alongside the regular Media files associated with this attendee. As such, it is not presented/available within the downloadable Attendee Report.
Note, when offline on the Upshot Mobile App, the image will be replaced by a placeholder.
The image is not shared with any connected Facilitating Organisations, if applicable to your set up.
