Attendee Report
Upshot allows you to view the profiles of attendees held on the system whether they are participants, coaches or volunteers.
The
Attendee Report will produce a report for a specific attendee. The downloaded report includes demographic information, attendance records, timeline events and media associated to that attendee. The report can be filtered by date to include only work completed with an attendee in a specific time period.
This can form the basis of a case study on that attendee. This report is produced in the form of a downloadable Microsoft Word document.
Viewing an Attendee Profile

Other ways to find an Attendee profile
On the main menu page go to People > Show All*
* This option will only be shown for accounts with less than 1000 attendees.
This will list all the people on the system. This includes all participants including users created with an attendee profile on the system.
At this stage there are three search options you can do in order to find a person on the system.
1. You can simply search through the list which is in alphabetical order by surname, however this can be a long process depending on the number of records you have.
2. If you know the letter of the persons surname you are looking for you can click on the corresponding letter to display a list of the relevant surnames.
3. You can also do a ‘filtered search’ to narrow your search even further. Click the
Report search option. This will take you to the
People Report.
Adding Media and Timeline Events to an Attendee
The downloaded Attendee Report will feature any Timeline Events or Media associated with an attendee.
Media files can add real value to both your reporting and showcasing the impact of your work. For a full guide on Adding Media please click here.
Timeline Events can help you to record the work you complete with participants outside of sessional data and can help to record their progress/journey while using your services. For a full guide on
Timeline Events please click
here.
Reporting on Multiple Attendees
If instead of an individual attendee report you had wanted to report on multiple attendees at once, please refer to the People Report.
Here you will be given several categories to filter your search by, such as, age, gender, ethnicity, activity type and location. Select the relevant fields that you require information from and then run your report.
