Forgotten Password and/or Username

If you want to reset your password click on Reset your password, this will take you into the password reset page. Enter your email address and click send me a link to reset my password.

You will receive a password reset link in the following minutes. Please check your inbox and Junk/Clutter folder if necessary. If this does not appear to have been received please get in touch with a System Admin from your organisation in the first instance who will be able to assist, by following the instructions found within this guide - Changing passwords/usernames and account details for other users.

If you have forgotten your username go to the Sign in page and click Forgotten your Username? enter your email address in the box that appears and press Send me a reminder. 

Alternatively, any user with System Admin access on your account can also reset your password or change your username for you as detailed here - Changing passwords/usernames and account details for other users.

Note: If you have log-ins for multiple Upshot accounts linked to the same email address, we would not recommend using the buttons shown above. Please ask a System Admin on your account to make the change for you or contact Upshot Support.
